Our custom Premium canvases take 7-11 days to process and produce. Our Xpress Canvases and wood prints are a little faster at 5-7 days. Please then allow another 2-7 business days for shipping via UPS or USPS depending on the product and your location and shipping method (1 day for upgrading to overnight delivery). You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is shipped. At this time we cannot guarantee exact production or shipping dates and RUSH options are not currently available.
Please do not call our phone number to ask when your order is going to be shipped if it is less than 11 days after your order. You will only receive your order confirmation email until we package your order to ship out to you, then your tracking number email will arrive. Be sure to check your SPAM email folder if you cannot find your tracking number email after allowing our standard times, and contact us if you have not received a tracking number after 11 business days.
